Brian Villavicencio

- University of California at Berkeley, Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- College of San Mateo, Associates of Arts in Architecture
- Associate Member, American Institute of Architects
Brian began his career early by acquiring an internship from a Licensed Architect as soon as he graduated from high school and worked throughout college. Several architecturally related scholarships were awarded to him through his education. He was the AIAS Chapter President for College of San Mateo and the University of California at Berkeley. As a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, he worked numerous years and was promoted to a Project Team Leader in several blitz builds. He worked as a residential designer for a time and contracted with several projects on the peninsula. To round out his experience, he chose to work for a structural engineer and then a civil engineer for a few years. He is familiar with CADD and converted many of his former employers from hand drafting to CADD. He has been with The Kastrop Group since 2004 and manages many of our residential and commercial projects.
