The firm approaches architectural design in a comprehensive manner. The design concept responds to many factors: program, function, cost and environment. Buildings are designed to properly relate to their surrounding environment, whether natural or man-made. As part of the architectural process, budget and projected construction costs are carefully analyzed and influence the development of the concept and bid documents. Architectural projects have included corporate office buildings, multi-tenant offices, single and multi-tenant housing, commercial buildings and various types of retail facilities. Many projects include adaptive re-use and renovation of existing buildings.
- We design elements that respect the historic building’s character and complement the existing architectural style.
