This tenant improvement for a real estate office is located in the heart of Redwood City and blends into the existing urban fabric seamlessly.  The shape of the space made it challenging to create a layout that maximized the use and function.  Embracing this space’s unique shape, the final design keeps the work area simple and open, allowing access to ample ambient and natural light, and talking advantage of its great views.  Employees can use the outdoor balconies for socializing with clients and to watch downtown events in Courthouse Square with “box seat” views.
