With a road wrapping more than two sides of the property, this 1,200 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is spacious and visually prominent.  The required wide setbacks adjacent to roads and the steep slope of the site encouraged the design of a step-level, elongated form.  The modern design’s clean and simple details match the new house that will be built at the top of the site.
