After completing a vibrant design as a tenant improvement for this restaurant in 2013, the Owner returned to us a couple of years later wishing to expand the restaurant to include outdoor seating.  We added a decked exterior dining area taking the place of on-street parking in front of the restaurant, often referred to as a “parklet”.  This added to the pleasant ambiance of the sidewalk for passing pedestrians, embracing the charm of its central location and excellent Redwood City weather.
